December Family Service Project
Your family service project for Christmas and the New Year is very straight forward.
Create a Family Identity.
Step one: Reflect on your family traditions and rituals. What do you do together? How do you do it?
Step two: Do you like what you reflected on? What would you like to see change or do more of?
Step three: Fill in this statement: Our family is __________, we believe _________, we do ____________.
Step four: Place this completed statement somewhere in your house where you can see it every day. Consider changing the background of your phone to your family identity statement so you see it every time you pick up your phone.
December Week 4:
Each week you will receive a thought provoking question that has to do with the themes for the month. This month, the themes are Shelter the Homeless and, the Catholic Social Teaching, Call to Family and Community Participation.
Use your journal to privately respond to the question. You may also find it beneficial to have your journal handy for the Sunday Night lessons.
