Thankful Hearts
This month’s Corporal Work of Mercy is Care for the Sick, and we want to thank those in our community who have been caring for the sick throughout the pandemic. You will find paper hearts in both of the main church entryways. Please take one home and write a note of thanks to Midland’s healthcare workers. You can return your note the following week at Mass or by dropping it off at the Parish Center. Your note will be laminated and hung in the trees in the yard to the right of the main entrance of church.
If you will not be at Mass, you can make your own heart-shaped note at home and drop it off to the Parish Center!
Head's Up! Parish Survey Coming Monday!
Our parish will be participating in a survey conducted by Catholic Leadership Institute. The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey allows parishioners to reflect on their own spiritual growth and discipleship and identify the ways in which the parish effectively supports that growth.
The survey will be available both online and in paper form from February 22 until March 22. Instructions for picking up and submitting paper surveys, will be communicated to parishioners via Flocknote.
Please plan to respond to the survey! The survey responses will go directly to the Diocese, and Blessed Sacrament will receive an aggregate report. No one on the parish staff will see individual responses.
P.S. Your middle schooler is also invited (and encouraged!) to fill out a survey as well!
