Crop Walk October 4th!
Next weekend we will be participating in the virtual CROP Walk. Instead of gathering at the Center for the Arts with other community groups this year, after Mass next Sunday, everyone is invited to join us as we walk the big block around church to show support for ending hunger in our community. (If you don’t feel comfortable walking with us, consider taking a walk today around your block with a friend or with your family.) After the walk, the Knights of Columbus will be hosting a hot dog lunch. Also, our Corporal Work of Mercy for the month of October is “Clothe the Naked” so we will be collecting new socks throughout the week to donate to local agencies who serve the homeless. You can drop them off at the parish center or bring them to Mass next Sunday. Please see the bulletin for details about registering to walk or on how you can make a donation to the CROP Walk in support of ending hunger.
Forms for Y2Y and Outreach!
The Y2Y and Outreach Team signups are underway. If you missed the information meetings, no problem! The information will be available on the parish website and in future Flocknotes.
To sign up to participate in Y2Y or Outreach teams, fill out the attachments below and send me the form to justinr@blessed-midland.org
